1. ABOUT BUSINESS LEGACY SCORECARD

Business Legacy Scorecard is an educational platform operated by Atarax Media LLC. We provide business transition readiness assessments and educational resources to help business owners understand and improve their planning position.

We provide a free online business transition readiness assessment. The scorecard evaluates your responses across several planning categories and generates an educational summary of your results. Scorecard results are:

Based solely on the information you provide
Not a professional assessment, appraisal, or valuation of your business
Not legal, financial, or tax advice

3.2 Free Course Access

By completing the scorecard, you receive access to the Business Transition Roadmap, a free self-paced educational video course. Course content is provided for general educational purposes only. We make no representations that course content is current, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

3.3 Email Communications

By completing the scorecard assessment, you consent to receive educational email communications from Business Legacy Scorecard, including your results, course access instructions, and follow-up educational content. You may unsubscribe at any time. See Section 5 for full details.

3.4 Attorney Connection (Optional)

You may optionally request a connection with a licensed business succession planning attorney. This is a separate opt-in and will only occur with your explicit consent. We do not guarantee attorney availability in all markets.

4. WEBSITE USE AND RESTRICTIONS

4.1 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when completing the scorecard assessment or any contact form. We are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by inaccurate inputs.

6. INFORMATION SECURITY

Information you provide through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely secure and that we cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications. Any information you transmit is sent at your own risk.
